Superhero Self-Esteem™ is a one-of-a-kind program for children ages 5-12 – valuable to all – even those with healthy self-esteem. In a world dominated by technology, where our schools equate grades with character, Superhero Self-Esteem™ fills a huge gap in our system by giving children the tools to build self-confidence.
Superhero Self-Esteem™ is an education of a different kind. It builds an awareness that they’re not going to learn anywhere else! Children discover the strongest part of themselves – it’s already there inside of them – their Superhero.
Superhero Self-Esteem™ Adult Training is for those who have essential contact with children such as parents, teachers, guidance counselors, scout leaders and others. With this training you will have the tools to infuse activities with a Superhero component; you may be eligible to get certified to train others in Superhero Self-Esteem™; and you will learn along with your students to grow and maintain your Superhero.
Superhero Self-Esteem™ applies the same techniques used to train Rock Stars, Broadway Stars and top business execs. Even Rock Stars need help to find and nurture the strength to deal with life’s daunting tasks. As a kid, those challenges can be anything from choosing what to wear to a math test to dealing with bullies.
When a child is feeling calm and positive, their powers of concentration improve. Relieving even a bit of anxiety frees up brain cells for other, more important tasks. Social skills also improve with a feeling of self-confidence.
Adults often lament the lack of training in the “soft” skills so important to success in life.
With Superhero Self-Esteem™ Adult Training you will learn how to help children find their superhero, their internal strength, and nurture it through discussions and exercises. You will help them find a Superhero voice and posture, vocal strength and clear diction, with exercises to practice - so superhero confidence is ready whenever they need. Along the way, you will be learning all the same Superhero Self-Esteem™ techniques to empower yourself.
