Superhero Self Esteem™
“Who am I being if my child’s eyes are not shinning?” -Anonymous
How many shinny eyes do you have around you?
I’d like to share with you how Superhero Self-Esteem™ was born.
A psychologist friend who recently wrote a book on school anxiety convinced me that I had the expertise to help children with self-esteem problems. She told me of the urgent need to give kids a sense of internal strength.
I created Superhero Self-Esteem™ using the same techniques I originally developed to help my rock star students to overcome stage fright. Everyone, even stars need help to find and nurture the strength to deal with life’s daunting tasks. As a kid, those challenges can be anything from choosing what to wear to a math test to dealing with bullies.
Superhero Self-Esteem™ helps you feel:
· Empowered
· Worthy of love and care
· Strong and confident
· Capable of handling anything
Superhero Self-Esteem™ helps you find:
· Superhero Posture
· Superhero Voice
· Clear Diction
· Coping Strategies for Anxiety
What would you do to save your child from future unhappiness and self-destructive behavior?

“Low self-esteem is kind of the spark plug for self-destructive behaviors, and drug use is one of these. It’s a fundamental need to have a good sense of self. Without it, people may become pathologically unhappy with themselves, and that can lead to some very serious problems.” -John Taylor, PhD
It’s shattering to realize how many people – children and adults – don’t know that they are worthy. The good news is that self-worth can be taught from the inside out. Everyone has a place deep down inside where you know that you are strong and capable. The trick is to nurture and grow that feeling until it becomes a dominant part of your personality. That’s what Superhero Self-Esteem™ is all about.
